Applications are invited for Recruitment in the Incubation Center at the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati for selection of suitable candidate for the post for Manager (Biosciences), on contractual basis.
Pay: Rs 45,000/- consolidated
Educational Qualification: PhD in Life Sciences with Masters in Biotechnology/allied subjects.
Work Experience of Industry/ Creation of Technology based start-up /post-doctorate,outsourcing and collaborative research works, organizing events. Knowledge of research methodologies in life science and competency in operating high-end equipment of life-sciences, basics of IPR, procurement procedures in government sector. Demonstrated quality: good communication skills, understanding the requirements of start-ups.
Age Limit: Preferably below 35 years. (relaxable by 3 years for candidates having Industry/ Start-up / Post Doctorate experience)
Age limits are further relaxable for reserved categories as per GOI norms.
