Applications are invited for Recruitment in the Incubation Center at the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati for selection of suitable candidate for the post for Incubator Manager, on contractual basis.
Pay: Rs 65,000/- consolidated
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Management with a Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering. Minimum 15 years of work experience including business development, administration, entrepreneurship and works in technology commercialisation.
Work Experience: in Government/PSU, R&D/ Academic organization /Incubation center, creation of startup, Business Development, Raising grants and funds. Proven passion for innovations & entrepreneurship.
Knowledge about the different national & regional stakeholders of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem, Government policies & procedures, Intellectual Property Rights, business & commerce.
Demonstrated quality of quickly grasping multiple domains of technology as per necessity, selfinitiatives, leadership.
Age Limit: Preferably below 50 years (Relaxable further for reserved categories as per GOI norms.)
